The Ushering Ministry exists to support the pastors and assist the church members so they can focus on what God is doing during the worship services. By handling some tasks involved in running the service, we enable our pastors to concentrate fully on ministering to the church. Our tasks include ensuring order during the church service, overseeing the collection of tithes/offerings, distributing the communion elements and making people feel welcome and comfortable in the church. We are a group of people with vibrant and friendly personality.

As we provide the support system for the church members to participate smoothly in the worship services, we also grow in our personal relationship with God because others build our character and cause us to mature. Our service is an act of worshp to our Servant King.

The Ushering Ministry is also a great training ground for developing leadership. The bible says that serving others is the starting points for greatness. Most of our pastors and ministry leaders once served as ushers, and many of our volunteers have grown to become fruitful discipleship group leaders. As ushers, we learn to serve with gladness, be on time, be responsible for our tasks and even manage or lead a team if other volunteers. Having served in the ushering ministry, we have seen how God has rewarded us with friendship, spiritual growth and more or His presence in our lives.
